Why is there a monthly rate and initial 12 month term?

The bulk of website SEO is completed in the first stages of the package. The price of the package is then split into 12 months for easier payments. During the intial 12 month term, monthly reports are generated and sent via PDf to the email address we have on file for you. Following the initial 12 months, the SEO package automatically converts into a month to month term. This term continues the monthly PDF reporting and covers instances where search engines will change their algorithms and the website requires re-optimization.

What does an SEO company report look like?

A typical monthly report consists of several metrics.

The first and most important are the visit statistics. These values report on how many new and returning visits you’ve had to your website. If you are in an area that allows IP tracking, the report will offer region and city statistics.

The report also displays visits per local time and day of the week. These statistics are excellent when determining when to create other means of advertising your company.

Another metric provided is the actions metric which displays the actions of the users in terms of how many page views did a user visit and many other actionable operations.
